Terms and Conditions of Trade
Placing an order on this Website is subject to the agreement of the customer to the following terms and conditions:
The dolls and related items we sell are custom made just for you by the manufacturer, from the specific options that you select at the time of ordering.
As this is a custom product created just for you, once you have been notified, either electronically or other means, that your order has been placed into the production queue, the order may not be cancelled or modified.
You agree that you will not send us, at any stage of the production process, or afterwards, electronically or otherwise, any images of any naked, or partially naked, human beings, for reference purposes or otherwise, or any images of any human body parts. Such correspondence and/or attachments will be deleted.
When your order is complete and ready for shipping, you will be sent Factory Photographs, via E-Mail, of the actual doll or other goods that you have ordered, for approval. You must reply to this E-Mail to approve the Factory Photographs, and confirm that you agree to proceed to have your order sent, before your order can progress to the freight stage.
In the rare case of an incorrect item being received, you are eligible to return the goods, which will be replaced without further cost to yourself (normal manufacturing and freight times apply).
In the case of items permanently damaged in transit by a carrier, we will liaise with the carrier and/or manufacturer to resolve the problem. Indentations on the head and parts of the body that occur during transit and/or storage at carriage facilities are not included in this policy, as they will flatten out with time.
We cannot accept returns or refunds, partial or otherwise, on any doll that has had any use, sexual or otherwise, regardless of condition.
Please inspect your delivery thoroughly to report any problems with your order. You have twenty four (24) hours of notification of successful delivery from the carrier, to report defects, after which delivery is considered complete and accepted.
Please inspect your doll as soon as you accept delivery.
Damage or defects do not apply to imperfections and inconsistencies with the skin, TPE body and/or variations with tightness of joints or other minor imperfections with the doll’s skeletal structure. As every doll is made with a hand adjusted skeleton, hand poured TPE, and is hand finished, there will be some minor imperfections.
These imperfections may include, but not be limited to: variations and imperfections with makeup and eyelashes, visible marking along the seam lines, injection sites for the moulding process and other imperfections and variations on the head and body. These are not considered damage or defects and are not included in any guarantees.
Because of the nature of the product types that fall into the life sized dolls category, we must consider successfully delivered product as used. Due to this nature, we cannot accept returns on product after the inspection window has passed. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on product that has been used in any way within the twenty four (24) hour window.
